Committing to a booking or utilizing our Service automatically means that you agree to comply with these Terms. Should you object to any term or condition, access to the Service is not permitted for you.
2. Service Overview
PlumForestMark offers premier yacht rental services, including:
- Yacht hire for a day
- Evening yacht tours
- Company getaways
- Custom events
- Extended yacht charters
Service availability is based on current conditions and we maintain the right to change or halt offerings at our discretion.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
Charter booking requires you to:
- Be at minimum 18 years old
- Submit truthful and thorough details
- Make the necessary deposit as noted in your reservation confirmation
- Consent to these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
We confirm your booking when payment is made and we send a written acknowledgment. Service may be declined to any person based on our discretion.
3.3 Availability
Charter services are offered subject to the yacht's availability and suitable weather conditions. We aim to accommodate your requested dates and time to the best of our ability.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All offered rates are in £ and incorporate relevant taxes, unless otherwise stated. Rates are subject to modification without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Upfront payment: 50% of the total cost is due at the time of booking
- Remaining payment: To be made 48 hours prior to the departure of the charter
- Extra costs (if applicable): To be settled after the charter completion
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept most major credit cards, bank wire transactions, and certified bank drafts. Secure, encrypted mechanisms handle our payment processing.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If canceled over 72 hours before departure: Entire sum refunded, excluding processing fees
- If canceled between 24 to 72 hours before departure: Half of the sum is refunded
- If canceled less than 24 hours before departure: No refunds provided
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should our captain deem the weather conditions hazardous, we propose to:
- Reschedule to an available date without extra cost
- Refund fully if rescheduling proves unfeasible
5.3 Mechanical Issues
We will attempt to offer a comparable yacht in case of mechanical issues with the initially assigned vessel. If an alternative is not available, a complete refund will be issued.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All guests are required to:
- Observe all directives from the crew
- Use safety gear when instructed
- Disclose any health conditions that could impact their safety
- Stay within designated zones on the yacht
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following are not permitted on the yacht:
- Glass vessels
- Unlawful materials
- Guns or any weaponry
- Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic drinks (beyond moderate consumption)
- Pets (unless permission is given in advance)
6.3 Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully at all times. We hold the right to halt a charter without a refund if a guest's conduct jeopardizes safety or interferes with others' experience.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our financial responsibility is limited to your charter's paid amount. Not included in our liability are:
- Personal harm resulting from the negligence of the guest
- Personal property losses or damages
- Secondary, consequential, or punitive damages
- Delays rooted in weather or events outside our authority
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our vessels and operations are covered by comprehensive marine insurance. Guests are accountable for securing their own travel and personal insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
Engaging in our charter services signifies acknowledging the inherent dangers of maritime activities and taking responsibility for your own safety and security.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
We hold the right to amend travel plans, routes, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety, or operational needs. We strive to offer suitable alternatives when changes are necessary.
9. Force Majeure
We are not accountable for interruptions, cancellations, or changes instigated by factors outside our control, such as:
- Extreme weather events
- Natural catastrophes
- Government mandates
- Port shutdowns
- Vessel breakdowns
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy. You accept the collection and usage of your data as outlined in said Privacy Policy by utilizing our services.
11. Intellectual Property
The content on our website, such as text, visuals, trademarks, and other material, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark regulations. Without our express written consent, these works cannot be copied, distributed, or transformed into derivatives.
12. Governing Law
