Securing a booking 2–3 weeks ahead of time is recommended, especially in our busier season that stretches from May through September. For corporate gatherings or special occasions, arranging 4–6 weeks in advance is ideal to ensure better availability and to accommodate any particular requests.
What is the procedure if the weather turns unfavorable?
Your safety is our highest concern. Should our captain deem the weather conditions as hazardous, we'll propose an alternate charter date or provide a complete reimbursement. We constantly follow the weather updates and will inform you 24 hours in advance of your trip if potential issues are forecasted.
May I bring my own refreshments and edibles?
Indeed, personal food and drinks are permitted. Nonetheless, we offer exceptional catering services with custom menu options. Bear in mind, for safety purposes, glass containers are prohibited on the yacht.

Could you detail your cancellation policy?
A full reimbursement is issued for cancellations made with more than 72 hours notice before the scheduled departure. Cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours prior will be refunded 50% of the payment. Any cancellation within 24 hours will not be reimbursed unless the cause of cancellation is related to weather or mechanical difficulties from our end.
